An invitation tells everyone a party's theme, along with setting the tone of the event. Invitations also incite excitement as guests look forward to coming to the party. Of course, your little one-year-olds won't have a clue, but their parents will. They will anxiously look forward to bringing their child to the party. So, let's get start by getting everyone in the Elmo Birthday Party mood!

GUEST LIST

If you're holding the party at your home, be sure you will be able to accommodate everyone who will be attending. Double-check the baby proofing of your home. It may be fine for one toddler, but may require additional removal of things for several little ones to run safely around your home. Also, be sure to have enough helpers to assist with your toddler crowd.

PARTY PARTICULARS

Insure your invitations provide all the necessary party particulars. Birthday child's name, age, time party starts and ends, date, location, (directions, if needed), and party theme. Be sure to provide RSVP info, which includes a contact name, phone number, and response date.

SPECIAL PARTY PARTICULARS

If you have any special instructions to your guests, don't forget to include that info in the invites. For example, you might want to request moms to bring a high chair, to keep your little guests contained when they eat. If you're having any water activities, you might want moms to bring a bathing suit and towel.
Organize Your Life With Shelves
No matter what your space you can organize your world with shelves. You can hide clutter in small spaces or decorate a large one. Here are a few good ideas in your quest to organize your life.

Many bathrooms that are small can be cute but not functional in storing necessary items. A cute set of shelves in the room can accommodate your needs and not be in the way. Such items as extra toilet paper can be hidden away or cotton swabs can be kept handy on a shelf in a cute display. You can find corner shelving for that hard to fit room or even small depth shelving with doors to hide personal items.

Thin shelving in a kitchen can be cute to store spices you use often or knick knacks used for cooking. A small shelf on the wall can also be used to store recipe books for you favorite items used often. Getting decorative items off the counter top and displayed on shelves opens up space to use when cooking.

Running parallel shelves along the top of your kitchen or dining room can display the items you want to remove from the counter. You can put them up high enough to see but not be in the way of walking by or lower to hold items to reach often.

Shelving in a children's room can organize their toys and other items. If you have smaller children you can secure them to the wall to avoid them falling. Items most used often can be lower and accessible to the child and other items that require adult supervision or used less often can be placed higher. Your child can learn to clean up easily when toys are stored in baskets or containers to be places easily back on a shelf when finished with.

A cute way to display stuffed animals is to purchase a piece of wood the same length as a window. Secure a few inches above the window and place the stuffed animals on the shelf. You can paint the piece of wood to match the colors of the room or plain white. It is also great to show off awards or dolls. Doing this takes them off the bed or floor.

Putting a small shelf near a place in the home you use often is great as you can keep items tucked away hiding in plain sight for easy access. This is great to display games often played or cards held in a cute basket or container. Placing a set of shelves along a wall with books creates a great homey feeling behind a couch.

Your garage can get cluttered quickly. Put up bookshelves or metal shelves can help you organize your items and help you find them when you want to. They even make shelves that hang from the ceiling. These are good for rarely used items or items you wish to save for long periods of time.

A shelf next to a desk can organize your work space. You don't have to spend a lot of money for a hanging bookshelf to store needed daily items. This frees up your workspace yet makes it available to enhance your work environment. Simple baskets or containers can be purchased to hold small or large items such as pens and file folders.

These are just a few examples of what you can do with shelves to organize your life. With your creativity there is an open plane to what you can do. If you are in need of particular storage you can also hire a company to design a storage solution for you in any area of your home.

An Introduction to Clear View Presentation Binders

Although binding styles such as Unibind and twin-loop wire binding are often some of the more popular ways of showing off your documents, good old-fashioned three-ring binders can also be a totally legitimate way of presenting your work. This is especially true if you use the right kind of binder. Some of the best ones available are premium-grade clear view presentation binders. These supplies have clear overlays that allow you to customize the front and back covers of the book, as well as the spine. Each book has interior vinyl pockets in which you can store extra papers, and the front and back boards are made of high-quality, rigid chipboard for durability. This article will tell you all you need to know about these supplies so you can determine if they would be the right way to store your work, as well as present it to your boss, colleagues, and/or clients.
1.) Round-ring style binders. One thing to consider when buying clear view binders is the type of ring you want. The size and shape of the ring can dictate how many pages the binder can store, so it's a pretty important consideration. There are two ring styles available, the first being round-ring, which is a very common style. Round-ring units have a lower sheet capacity than their D-ring counterparts. Here are the sizes they come in, along with the corresponding sheet capacity:
1/2" = Approximately 100 Sheets
1" = Approximately 175 Sheets
1-1/2" = Approximately 280 Sheets
2" = Approximately 375 Sheets
3" = Approximately 480 Sheets
Also, these rings come in both black and white to make your presentation a bit more visually interesting. Round-ring books are great for everyday use and they'll look terrific thanks to your own customized covers and the book's suede-like exterior.
2.) D-ring style binders. These products tend to be higher quality than the round-ring models because the chipboard is sturdier and the vinyl used on the covers and spine is non-stick and heavy-duty. These supplies all include interior storage pockets, as well as sheet lifters which will keep your document centered when the book is closed, preventing any rips or tears from happening. Also, D-ring units can hold up to 37% more paper than a round-ring one. Here are the available sizes and sheet capacities:
1" = Approximately 200 Sheets
1-1/2" = Approximately 300 Sheets
2" = Approximately 400 Sheets
3" = Approximately 500 Sheets
4" = Approximately 600 Sheets
5" = Approximately 700 Sheets
Due to the large capacity of these books, they are ideal for company reports, financial documents, and any other work that needs to be read and looked back on often. These items are also strong enough to be re-used again and again.
All of these great supplies are available in boxes of 12 and they're reasonably priced so you can get some for your office without spending a fortune. Since binders are easy to use, inexpensive, offer a lot of storage capacity, and can be customized according to your needs, why not order some today? They'll make it easy to both store and present your important documents so you can stay organized and be ready to impress the right people when the time comes.
If you'd like to purchase some Clear View Presentation Binders, you should really visit MyBinding.com.
